A. SCHEDULE OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
January 23 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
January 30 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
February 6 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
February 13 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
February 20 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
February 27 Saturday 1:30- 3:30 PM Guidance Center
B. Procedure:
Step 1. Secure Application Form at the Nursing Office and fill-up properly.
Step 2. Proceed to the Finance Office for payment of the Entrance Examination Fee (P/ 150.00).
Step 3. Present receipt of payment at the Nursing Office and secure the schedule for Entrance Examination.
Step 4. Proceed to Guidance Office at the scheduled date of examination and bring the following:
• properly filled-up Application Form
• pencil
• official receipt
Take the Entrance Examination on the date and time specified.
C. Entrance Examination Results will be posted at the Nursing Office and BU website

D. For those who passed the Entrance Examination , submit the Admission Requirements and secure schedule for personal interview at the Nursing Office. Please come in proper attire.
